Payment and Insurance
As a benefit to our patients, we will submit claims for patients with dental insurance.
We are an out-of-network provider. We do not require prepayment of procedures that are covered by your Dental Insurance; however, your co-payment, deductible, and the estimated portion not covered by your insurance policy will be due at the time of service. After reimbursement from your insurance company, you will be responsible for any outstanding balance.
All insurance companies vary on the amount of coverage. To get a more accurate estimate, please contact your insurance company or refer to your policy manual. We will be happy to assist you in finding any necessary information for this process.
For patients who do not have insurance, full payment is expected at time services are rendered. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
